Open Capture, then scan a document, choose a photo, or import a PDF or image. Review the proposed details and choose a new or existing object before saving. You can also create a record manually.

LifeCRM supports vehicles, properties, products, documents, and collectibles. Each object can have its own documents, events, notes, and reminders.

No. Extracted details are proposals. Review dates, amounts, currency, and the selected object before saving. On supported devices, English text can use on-device Apple Intelligence; other inputs use the fallback parser. Results can be incomplete or incorrect.

You choose a date or maintenance interval. Date notifications require notification permission. Mileage reminders are tracked manually: LifeCRM does not connect to your vehicle’s odometer. Adding a warranty expiration date does not automatically create a reminder.

Use Settings → Data → Export or import for your database, or Export object for one item. You can export with or without a password. A protected archive requires its password to restore; an unprotected archive can be read by anyone who has the file. Save a separate backup before replacing your database.

Its events, notes, history, and reminders are removed. Original evidence files and stored object photos may be retained by the current implementation. There is no in-app undo, and deletion is not secure erasure.

Free supports one owned object. The implemented Pro option unlocks unlimited objects through a one-time purchase. Production availability and price depend on the app’s App Store configuration. Restore purchases is in Settings; it uses the purchasing Apple Account.

Automatic CloudKit synchronization is not implemented. Use the app’s export and import tools to move records. Saving an export to a cloud-backed Files location is separate from automatic app synchronization.
